Why it exists
The things people look after were never the hard part. A boiler, a fire door or a van is easy to check. What failed was the record of it: the check in a spreadsheet, the fault in a text message, the certificate in an ex-colleague’s inbox. When someone asked for proof, the proof was somewhere else. AssetWRX was built so that everything stays with the asset, and so that the people who do the checking, the caretaker, the driver, the contractor, can be on the record without a price per person.

What we believe
Everything stays with the asset. A record is only useful if the whole team can write to it, so there is no charge per person. A screen is only worth showing if it is real, so every image on this site is the released product on example data. A claim is only worth making if you can check it in AssetWRX, so your first asset is free, with no card.

Where your data is held
Your data is held in the UK and EU. A signed data processing agreement is available, and our sub-processors are published on the security page.

How we work with you
Try the whole product before you talk to us. Every checklist on this site can be read in full before you sign up, and the pricing page shows the exact monthly cost for your number of assets. When you want help with set-up, integration or training, the services page says what we offer and how it is priced.
