The price per asset
The price falls as you add assets, and each band prices only the assets inside it. Archive an asset and it stops counting. Sites, documents, contacts and people are never charged for.
First asset free, no card. Adding a second starts a subscription with a 90-day free trial.

Pricing questions
- How does the price per asset work?
- It falls as you add assets, and each band prices only the assets in it. With 40 assets you pay £3 each for the first 25 and £2.50 each for the next 15. Not £2.50 across the board.
- What counts as an asset I pay for?
- Any asset that is not archived. Archive one and it stops counting from the next daily count. Sites, contacts, documents and people are never charged for.
- What is an AI credit?
- A unit of AI work. Improving a note costs 1; analysing an inspection photo costs 2; generating a checklist costs 3. Each asset brings credits every month, and you can buy more.
- What happens if I run out of credits?
- Nothing else stops; only the AI features pause. You can top up any time with a pack, at £0.10 per credit, and bought credits never expire.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- The monthly allowance expires at the end of the billing period. Credits you buy in a pack do not expire.
- Is the first asset really free?
- Yes. One asset, no card, no time limit. Adding a second asset starts a subscription, and that comes with a 90-day free trial.
- Do you charge per person?
- No. The plan is one monthly fee for your account and the metered part is per asset. People who only report faults by scanning a label never need an account at all.
