  2. Turn on reporting by label

    Anyone who scans the label can report a fault. No account, no login. It lands in your Work list, ready to inspect or turn into a job.

  3. Share the link

    Print the QR for the door or the machine, or send the link.

  4. Invite a colleague

    Email and role. They see what their team owns and nothing they should not.

  5. Who are they?

    Add a contractor as a contact. They get the job, the brief and the address, and nothing else.

  6. Roles decide, skills suggest

    A role says what someone may do and what they sign off. A job can name the skills it needs, and the record suggests who has them.
