asset: Anything you are responsible for keeping safe and working: a door, a boiler, a lift, a van, a room.
label: The QR sticker on the asset. Scanning it opens that asset and nothing else.
request: A fault or a need that someone has reported. You approve it, decline it, or ask for more.
inspection: A check, run from a checklist, with Pass, Fail or N/A on each item.
job: A piece of work given to a named person or contractor, with a date.
report: The written record of one check or one job, built from what was recorded and signed by a person.
record: Everything that has ever happened to one asset, on one page: checks, jobs, documents, photos.
template: A checklist you start from. Ours, or your own.
site: A building, a yard, a depot or a floor: the place a group of assets live.
team: The people who look after a site or a group of assets, and what each of them may do.
