This page lists the sub-processors Cogniforma H Ltd (operator of AssetWRX) engages to process personal data in order to provide the Service. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. Each sub-processor is engaged under a written data processing agreement imposing confidentiality and security obligations consistent with the GDPR.

9 October 2026: PostHog, Inc. is listed in the region where our project is hosted (US, under the transfer safeguards in our Privacy Policy), and now also covers session recordings for people who consent to analytics.

30 September 2026: added RevenueCat, Inc. (US) for subscriptions bought in the iOS and Android apps. Apple or Google takes the payment; RevenueCat reports the subscription state.

28 September 2026: added Google Cloud (Vertex AI, Cloud Storage), EU, for Vision improvement data (on by default; the workspace owner can turn it off). See section 5.2 of the Privacy Policy.
International transfers
Where a sub-processor processes personal data outside the UK or EEA, we rely on the mechanisms described in section 7 of the Privacy Policy (Standard Contractual Clauses 2021/914, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and, where applicable, adequacy decisions).
Changes and notice
We may add or replace sub-processors as the Service evolves. When we do, we will update this page and, for customers to whom we act as processor, provide notice in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement so that you may object where the DPA provides that right.
