This page lists the sub-processors Cogniforma Ltd (operator of AssetWRX) engages to process personal data in order to provide the Service. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. Each sub-processor is engaged under a written data processing agreement imposing confidentiality and security obligations consistent with the GDPR.

International transfers
Where a sub-processor processes personal data outside the UK or EEA, we rely on the mechanisms described in section 7 of the Privacy Policy (Standard Contractual Clauses 2021/914, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and, where applicable, adequacy decisions).
Changes and notice
We may add or replace sub-processors as the Service evolves. When we do, we will update this page and, for customers to whom we act as processor, provide notice in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement so that you may object where the DPA provides that right.
