Forklift pre-shift inspection

OSHA requires powered industrial trucks to be examined before being placed in service each day or shift, and to be taken out of service if a defect affects safety. In Great Britain PUWER requires the same discipline. This template is the operator's check per truck, a minute when all is well and a job when it is not.
