Daily vehicle walkaround check

Operators of goods vehicles in Great Britain must have a system for drivers to check their vehicle before use and report defects, and the DVSA guide to maintaining roadworthiness lists what the walkaround should cover. This template is that check per vehicle, with a photo on every defect and a nil-defect confirmation when there is nothing to report.
