Lifting equipment pre-use check (LOLER)

LOLER requires lifting equipment to be thoroughly examined by a competent person at set intervals, and PUWER requires it to be inspected and maintained so it stays safe between those examinations. This is the operator's check before use: quick, per item, with the thorough examination date confirmed every time.
