Portable appliance formal visual inspection

Most defects in portable equipment are visible. The IET Code of Practice puts the formal visual inspection at the centre of in-service checking, with the combined inspection and test added where the risk justifies it. This template covers the visual inspection per appliance and has optional fields for the earth continuity and insulation readings when a test is done.
