Work equipment periodic inspection (BetrSichV, PUWER)

Both the German Betriebssicherheitsverordnung and the British PUWER require work equipment whose safety depends on installation or deteriorates over time to be inspected at intervals set from the risk assessment, by a person qualified to do it, with the result recorded. This template is that record per item of equipment.
