Every regime asks for the same short check of each extinguisher between services: it is where it should be, it is ready to use, and nothing has been tampered with. The interval differs by country and this template records which one applies. Run it per extinguisher from the QR label.

Frequency
Monthly visual check (NFPA 10 in the US, BS 5306-3 in the UK); six-monthly routine service under AS 1851 in Australia; annual maintenance by a competent person everywhere.
Photos and notes it expects
The gauge reading or weight where applicable, a photo of any missing or damaged extinguisher, and the checker's initials and date on the tag as well as in the app.
