HMO fire safety walk

Managers of HMOs in England and Wales must keep the means of escape and fire precautions in good order and repair under the Management of Houses in Multiple Occupation (England) Regulations 2006, and licence conditions usually set the checks. This walk covers the common parts in one visit and puts every defect on the property's record.
