Fire alarm tested from a call point and all sounders heard *

Rotate the call point used each test.

Smoke and heat detectors present, undamaged and not covered *

Emergency lighting function test passed on each fitting *

Extinguishers and fire blanket in place, in date, seals intact *

Fire action notice displayed and legible

Gas safety record and electrical installation condition report in date *
