Landlord gas safety record check

Only a Gas Safe registered engineer can carry out the safety check. This template is for the landlord or agent receiving the record: is it complete, does it cover everything you own in the property, are the dates right, and can you prove the tenant got a copy? Run it on each property when the record arrives.
