Legionella monthly monitoring (hot and cold water)

The monthly routine from the UK written scheme (HSG274 Part 2, Table 2.1) and the equivalent monitoring an ASHRAE 188 water management program sets for hot and cold water systems. Temperatures are number fields with limits, so a cold outlet above 20 °C or a hot outlet below 50 °C is flagged as you record it.
